Dermace Support


At Dermace, we pride ourselves in being one of the only Training Academies in the UK to offer free support for all technicians that have trained with us - Diploma or Workshops.
We feel it is important to honour the commitment we have made to you, and feel that ongoing support is essential when practicing in an industry such as ours.
The support we offer is not just limited to cosmetic or medical procedures - we can also offer help and advice on marketing strategy, web design, setting up your business online as well as a host of other services.

Most of the support we provide is via email. It gives both technician and trainer an opportunity to view any images you may want to refer to, and also allows us to re-send any course material we feel would be helpful to you.

We have tried to offer as many ways to get in touch with us as we can - and always aim to contact you within 24 hours during the week, or first thing on Monday morning if you get in touch over the weekend.
