Teresa Gamble is the figurehead  and founder of  ACE academy.  Teresa is one of the UK’s leading experts and  trainers in the Micro Pigmentation industry after a successful and rewarding career of training for one of the UK’s leading companies training
surgeons, breast nurses and technicians throughout the uk and Ireland. Teresa has trained in Harley Street, Harrods and Selfridges and has decided to begin her own
training school. She has been a technician to ITV television presenters and
International Royalty. 

Teresa has had involvement in writing the Micro Pigmentation standards to be
enforced by Habia and has spent time in America training at the American Micro Pigmentation Academy, constantly updating her skills and knowledge to pass on
to her students.

Originally from a nursing background, Teresa has since been in the industry for 14
years also training in hairdressing and beauty therapy and owning two beauty clinics
with her family, she has worked hard to earn elite status and a leading reputation as
an expert trainer and technician in Micro Pigmentation. Teresa is the main driving force behind Dermace Academy and ensures the training and products delivered remain unrivalled.

Teresa Gamble, Director of Dermace Medical, has graduated from Cardiff University Law School and is now a qualified Expert Witness in the field of Micro-pigmentation. She is currently the only Expert Witness in this field to graduate from this training.

Carol Lloyd qualified as a registered nurse in 1991 specialising in palliative care for 10 years.  Recognising the need for high standards in this area Carol qualified as an nvq assessor in health and social care delivering training to health care assistants.  In 2001 she trained to practice in the medical aesthetics industry, purchased two beauty salons with her family and developed a private aesthetics clinic within the business.
Carol also trained as a beauty therapist (ITEC) to enhance her skin care knowledge. 
Over the past 6 years she also worked independently for a number of aesthetics companies and was a trainer for Q med delivering one to one training in dermal fillers
to doctors, nurses, and dentists.  She also successfully completed the injector validation programme by allergan,  the manufacturers of botox.
In 2007 she attended Huddersfield University and gained 30 points at masters level as
a Nurse Independent Prescriber during this time Carol worked along side a Consultant Dermatologist.  Carol  practices for a well known cosmetic surgery company in Leeds and Manchester and with the team at ACE training academy.

Clare Lloyd is our assistant trainer to Teresa her role ensures courses run smoothly
and all students needs are met. Clare is an experienced and respected technician
in the industry also conducting private clinics at Transform Medical Group.

Clare spent 9 years as a dental technician and  has since been assisting Teresa for
3 years in training students in Micro Pigmentation producing elite technicians and supporting them in their careers giving them a exceptional start into the world of permanent cosmetics. 

Also working as a nurse cordinator to Carol Lloyd,  Clare has a vast
knowledge of the Aesthetics industry.

Wendy Mordue (Yorkshire & Midlands) has a vast knowledge of the beauty industry which she has worked in for over 24 years. She constantly keeps up to date on new techniques and has owned and built a successful beauty salon business abroad. She has very high standards, and her client’s and trainees needs are paramount. 

After studying for her teacher trainer and NVQ assessors qualification wendy as delivered learning and assessed students in the beauty department at college.

Juliette John (London & East Anglia) has gained over 25 years experience in the beauty industry, working in both the UK and USA. Her outstanding results, in the application of medical micropigmentation, have led to referrals from both plastic and general surgeons.

She continually attends seminars and permanent cosmetic courses to keep up to-date with the latest techniques. Juliette is friendly and approachable with a positive outlook on life. She gains a tremendous amount of satisfaction from carrying out techniques that give her patients a renewed confidence to face the day. Covering East Anglia, Juliette runs a clinic at Nuffield Health Hospital Ipswich and carries out treatments at the Clarice House group of spas and the Heritage Wellbeing Centre in Bury St Edmunds.

Jillian Sharp's (Scotland) professional skills and creativity have spanned almost 20 years, 16 of which were spent in Italy.
